Went out yesterday and put in a good 3 1/2 hours with the HO. Wind was blowing at 20-30 miles an hour. Two hands on the handlebar kind of day. There were some streches of road I didn't even want to drink unless I wanted to end up on the side of the road. On a strech of road about 3-4 miles long we had a tail wind and we were hardly working. It was a good day for a small ring spin workout. Today I decided to take the day off and do some overdue yard work.
Back to the grind tomorrow. Although the week looks ugly with snow expected tomorrow night and Tuesday. Next decent day to ride to work looks like Wednesday.
